Welcome! I am Kurstin Raposa with Exit Elite Realty. I joined the Exit family in 2018 and I love it! We specialize in assisting buyers and sellers throughout St. Louis, Missouri and the surrounding area including Jefferson County, South County, St. Charles County, and St. Louis County.

I know from personal experience as a Navy BRAT that life events are daunting and often times, demanding. We here at Exit are committed to ensuring you receive nothing but the best during the ensuing life changes of buying and/or selling your home. I have a strong love for family and I come from a fairly large one. I am number four out of six. We are all really close in age, so that means I had someone to play with, torment, or both depending on my mood. I lived the majority of my life in big ole Texas. That’s where my father moved the family once he retired from the Navy life and when he decided to move on to ‘greener pastures’ (I mean, Texas really isn’t that green) I stayed to complete my culinary degree. I LOVE food.
I have lived in Idaho, Washington (the state), Florida, Texas, and now, Missouri. I won’t bore you with all the details of the numerous cities I rested my little head in but I can tell you that of all the places I have lived, St. Louis is definitely one of my top five. If you’re wondering why, food is always a deciding factor. Did I mention I love food?
Before real estate I worked in the culinary world and then the administrative for doctors, firemen, and automotive. My unique combined work experience and education has provided me the opportunity to build strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and be able to multitask efficiently.
